Warranties

Handset products purchased through helio.com may be returned within 7 days of purchase, subject to the policies, terms and procedures listed in this Return Policy (“Policy”). Approved product returns will receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding charges incurred for wireless service). Terms of this Policy are subject to change. Returned products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to $35. This Policy applies only to new handsets purchased through helio.com (or ubitelecom.com).

 

Return Requirements

Handsets must be returned in like-new condition (e.g. no cracks, scratches, liquid damage, or other damage). Handset returns must include original packaging with all original kit components, such as the following (contents may vary):

 

Handset

Activation Card (if applicable)

All Accessories

Charger

SIM Card (if applicable)

Battery

Documentation (e.g., manuals, activation guides, etc.)

 

Return Instructions

 

Call Helio Returns at 1-888-510-3955 to obtain a valid Return Authorization Number to be referenced on your phone. Helio Returns will only handle requests with Return Authorization Numbers. Write the Return Authorization Number on: the original packing slip, and; on ALL sides of the box used to return ship the phone. Ship the handset and all original package contents to the following address:

Note: 1) We recommend that you use a pre-paid shipping service (i.e. no CODs) that provides a tracking system (for example, FedEx, UPS or Certified Mail through the U.S. Postal Service). 2) This address is ONLY intended for product returns. No written correspondence should be sent to this address. 3) We will not accept packages that arrive “postage due.” 4) We are not responsible for lost or mishandled packages.

 

Other Conditions

 

Products returned that do not comply with this Policy, including products returned more than 7 days after purchase, will not qualify for a refund and may be shipped back to you at your expense. Please refer to the warranty provided with your product for instructions if your product is subject to a manufacturer’s warranty and you wish to make a claim under that warranty.

 

NO EXCHANGES: Helio does not exchange products purchased.

 

Please allow up to eight weeks to receive your credit card refund. Your refund will be applied to the credit card account that your purchase was initially charged.
