Will anything about my account/service/plan change?
No. Nothing changes at this time except that Helio is now part of Virgin Mobile USA, a wireless leader with more than 5 million customers and mass distribution. We intend to build the best customer experience overall in wireless, with the best of both companies in place.

Yes, through Helio. Helio phones are currently available with great plan options and device pricing with a two-year contract. Virgin Mobile USA is reviewing what plan and product options going forward will offer the best value for all customers. This will include, for example, new postpaid offerings for those who want access to more sophisticated devices and services.
Will the Helio brand be retained, or will everything become Virgin Mobile USA?
Our goal is to combine the best of what Helio and Virgin Mobile USA have to offer, giving you the best wireless experience possible. Helio is now part of Virgin Mobile USA, and we expect all aspects of the customer experience to continue to exist under the Virgin Mobile USA brand. But Helio products and services are still intact.
Does this affect my current contract with Helio?
